The on going pandemic gave a golden opportunity to almost all service providers of telecom, health and hygiene sector to exploit the best out of worst calamity.
For glaring exampSa, my recharge of Rs 149 on 1st of October for 2gb daily data pack never served to me on my No- 9777662377.
On my enquiry find that all telephonic enquiries have been stopped on advantage of pandemic. Asked to meet nearest manual service centre. As am out to Delic now from Odisha, not easy task to approach manual help centre.
Such embezzling activities are common with all service providers. TRAI too seems helpless on my ccomplaint.
If not got restored my service will keep complaining to TRAI again & again till my request for help is not resolved.
