I was recharging yesterday and it threw error and I tried again, it again threw error and didn’t recharge so I tried again the third time it went successfully and recharge was done.But after 6 hrs I got a message that the 2 recharges done earlier is now completed and on contacting Customer Care they said that recharges has been done via 3rd party and it cannot be reversed or extended. Since I have done the recharge via Airtel app and no third party and The amount of 2 recharges is gone and is not reversed or extended I am therefore submitting this complaint as I want it 2 recharges amount reversed as this is the Airtel ‘s application error and problem not mine as customer default.
