Hi,
I made small a mistake while recharging with last one number and it got recharged to the wrong mobile number.
I tried to resolve it by contacting customer care. The payment was made through Airtel payments bank. Both Airtel payments team and Airtel mobile team said it’s not our responsibility to reverse the amount credited in error. They annoyed 4 5 days continuously, when I tried to express the frustration in one of the call with customer care one guy sitting next the person whom I was talking with came near the mic and said ajao mere saath bath karo and the whole team was laughing loudly and making fun of customer problems. Is this the value and service they give to customers?? Such a irresponsible agent, not sure how Airtel can train and allow it’s employees to do, talk and behave like this.
Very bad experience with Airtel. I didn’t get my money back instead its agents making fun of customer problems and playing with it rather than solving the problems genuinely
