Galti se Airtel Thanks app mein prepaid to postpaid conversion ho gaya (OTP auto-fill ho gaya). by glitch postpaid per click ho gaya aur usmein OTP auto fil Ho Gaya khud Se change ho gaya postpaid mein jab mere ko message aaya 04/12/2025 evening mein to maine subah call kiya 05/12/2025 morning me Maine Airtel 198 customer care se baat ki aur wapas prepaid mein convert karwaya, aur mere ko bola Gaya customer care ke dwara ki aapka pahle wala hi Bhai sab ho aa jayega recharge bhi a jaega but 06/12/2025 morning me again prepaid ho gya confirmation message aaya lekin mera previous 1 saal ka recharge (amount: 3599] , transaction ID:- 7332229749298487296,]) ka bacha hua recharge ,balance/refund nahi mila.
Uske baad turant Maine dobara customer care Adhikari bhawana se baat Hui mera recharge wapas ke liye kaha lekin unki taraf se Mana kar diya Gaya Maine complaint dalne ke liye senior Adhikari Mona se baat ki unki taraf se bola gya ki ham aaj 4 baje Tak call karenge uske baad unhone 4 baje ke bad call kiya bola aapka recharge nahin milega itna hi bolte hi turant call cut kar diya unki taraf se bina Meri baat sune.
Ye accidental tha, Airtel thanks app glitch ki wajah se.
Postpaid per click ho gaya khud se OTP fill ho gya postpaid mein badal gaya
Please mera lost recharge balance wapas adjust karo ya refund karo.
Kuch Proof attach kar raha hoon: resolve nahin kiya toh apka purana customer hoone ke baabjood Airtel sim ko port bhi kara lunga and sari recording aur proof ke sath TRAI me complaint and court case karunga apki Airtel company ke khilaaf
