I had ordered V15 (Frozen Black, 6GB RAM, 64GB Storage) With Offer – Frozen Black × 1 on 4th July 2020. I have received a product which is not starting and also there is no name on the mobile. Tried to return the product and found that the contact detail provided in refund policy is also fake. As per the confirmation mail from the payment gateway, the amount is credited to eloda.biz. Tried to contact through that website and that also not working.
