Customer has Received complete wrong product at Kanpur Govind nagar name Mamta Shukla . A boy came from Delhevery MBL no. 8045771447 call that lady that your parcel is on the way ( meesho orders site showing that due to government restrictions there is delay on this delivery even product is not shipped yet now… And expected date is 1 June for that)
And I have placed that order on 19/05/21 at 13:07:22 but courier front page shows booking is done on 20/05/21 at 10:32:37 and parcel doesn’t contain my business logo name on that and I have ordered that product from Parth Surat Gujarat 395010. GSTIN – 24AOFPG 1741MIZ2 but delivery showing its come from SKU SAREES.. please take legal action and resolve this matter..I have to pay the customer from my account this is heartbreaking.. My trust on meesho is gone now
- Please refund the 1550/- amount as soon as possible
