Received complete wrong product. A delivery boy from Delhevery shipped my courier at Kanpur without my business name logo on that parcel and then customer received totally different wrong product at no cost up to 100 rup of that saree which customer received but she paid 1550/- for that parcel which is the right amount when I had placed her order.
There is no tax invoice or purchase details on that parcel.
I have ordered that product from Parth ,Surat, Gujarat 395010 GSTIN 24AOFPG 1741MIZ2 ( which is showing that my parcel is right now not has been shipped due to the government restrictions on that area and delivery date exceeded to 1 June this is today’s update from order site of meesho which I daily open for the information of products delivery) but delivery is showing from SKU SAREES I don’t know them because I have not ordered from there and the greatest fault that I have booked this order on 19/05/21 at 13:07:22 but parcel shows booking date is 20/05/21 at 10:32:37.. resolve this fraud as soon as possible and please give my 1550/- into my account..
I have to pay the customer from my pocket this is so heartbreaking at the time of pandemic when already we r in loss of money that time fraud occur..
