I am getting harassed by IDFC Loan department customer executives by receiving phone calls regarding loan offer. I have asked them several times for not calling me or disturbing me. When I asked the representative to let me talk to their floor manager then they reply stupid answer that manager is busy, Manager is in meeting… Sometime they disconnect the phone when I try to escalate my concern and on next day I again receive phone calls from another representative. They are literally harassing me since last many days. There is no mechanism with IDFC bank to register complaint regarding phone call harassment.
