I have ordered an item from the online shopping company replytrend on 3rd January 2020. I have received my order on 6th January 2020 at about 12 PM through Ekart logistics delivery boy and paid him the cash amount without checking the item at that time. But when i i opened the packet i see totally different and cheap item. It is a harassing situation and loss for me.
