Good morning.

I  have got the parcel which had order by me under The Big Mall COURIER NO SLMC1474796446. But I am not satisfied with at all as per followings:-

3. The quality of the material is not as shown in advertising.
4. One piece of them is looked like second hand which was also torn from pocket
5. The price is not matched with the quality of product.

4. Therefore you are requested to please do needful in respect of refund of an amount of Rs 1099/ as per  bil no / Order Number TBM1223 in Account Number 55099682900 as soon as possible.
