I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the repeated receipt of SMS messages from the sender ID VA-FNCUP-G on my mobile number. These messages pertain to ration lift updates apparently linked to UP (under ration card ID – 218640590021, although I reside in Mumbai, Maharashtra and have never registered on any public distribution system or government portal associated with UP.
I suspect my mobile number may have been fraudulently used or misregistered by someone else. I have not consented to or initiated any such enrollment.
I kindly request that you:
– Investigate the origin of these messages and the misuse of my mobile number.
– Remove my number from any system or database associated with these communications.
– Confirm once the necessary corrective actions have been taken.
Please treat this matter with urgency, as it involves the unauthorized use of personally identifiable information.
