Text of Complaint by Deepak Sahani:

I have taken a small loan of Rs. 6000 from Areiko loan mobile application for 7 days on 4th April 2022.
The repayment due date for the same was on 11th April and i did repayed the loan through their mobile application from my bank account on 11th April. Screenshot attached.
Although i have already paid but i am still getting the calls from their agents that my account is not paid and i have to pay Rs. 12000 now. They are harassing me saying that if i do not pay then they will send message to my phone’s contact list and i have to suffer insult.

After repayment, i have submitted the UTR number also on application which said that the payment is successfull and it is completed but still the agents are calling and threatening over phone to pay else the circumstances would be bad for me. They are calling on my wife’s number also and talking very badly using foul language. request you to kindly help me as this is putting mental pressure and harassment for me and my family. I have attached the payment screenshot and Succesfull closure of loan hereby.
