I have asked Airtel customer to disconnect by connection in the month of august still they and generated a bill with overdue amount. I Received multiple harassing call from them to pay bill. Still I have payed the bill in month of sep and requested them to disconnect my service I don’t need anymore. They took my router and said we have disconnected your service. So now I don’t have any router nor I am using it buy still they generated bill for month of oct and Calling continously. They are so rude and talk to pay bill. This is very inappropriate if I don’t have router received confirmation from them for disconnection. Then why I am receiving call. this is very mentally disturbing me
