I’ve received a message from Ekart about my order. the delivery man called me regarding my order when I went to recieve my order the delivery man didn’t allow me to open it and asked me to pay 899 rupees. when I went back home I opened the parcel but it was an empty bottle of body wash and some garbage. I called the delivery man to come and return this order he started making excuses. please tell me how can I get my money back .
