I received a message on WhatsApp regarding a pagetyping job. And I signed the agreement. It was written in there if I want to leave at anytime I’ll have to pay ₹6700 so I paid ₹6700 and left the job. After that I received a call saying that if I want to terminate the agreement I’ll have to pay ₹23, 800 so I paid that too. Even after that I’ve been receiving endless calls and messages saying I’ve breached the agreement and that I’ll have to come Gujarat Court and pay ₹3 lacs. And if I want to settle it outside I’ll have to pay around ₹36, 000. First I received a mail saying that a case have been filed on me and the advocates name was Nitesh Jain. Then I received a message on WhatsApp and she said her name was Advocate Riya Sharma. Then I received a mail from Advocate Naveen and then at the end the name of the advocate was Deepak Jain. They are just calling and asking for money. Even after I paid ₹23, 800 they are saying that my NOC has not been approved and I’ll have to come to the court Or pay more money.
