I ordered a Casio G-Shock watch from fashion mania worth ₹1499 and the product I received is a complete different product than ordered. The quality of the product received is too cheap to be used. The advertisement that was shown has a product that looked excellent and keeping in mind, the product was ordered.
I dropped multiple emails to the email address provided by the vendor, but I haven’t received any response from them.
I have been calling them right from the moment I received the parcel, but the number they provided on the box of the product is a disconnected number.
I have made a video of the unboxing of the product and kept a screenshot of the last page while ordering the product. The last page contains image of the product ordered.
