Text of Complaint by Souvik Santra:

I had recently brought a Boat Soundbar from RELIANCE DIGITAL ONLINE and they had delivered a damaged product. According to the refund or replacement policy we have to inform for it within 24 hr and i had inform the damaged product within 15 min . But now 22 days past they have asked for replacement or refund i answered but no action in taken against it. Please do help.
