Text of Complaint by Pratik Thacker:

I have ordered 8pcs bra & brief sets’ for my wife on 05/06/2023 with order no. TONTP33042 at 14:49 PM.
The order delivered on 10/06/2013. I have given cash of Rs. 650 & got the parcel but when I opened it, only 03 nos. of bras present inside. I feel cheated. Those bras are also not as shown in the photos on the website. Also the quality is very poor.
I want to return this order and want my money back. So, I emailed them but no one is replying. No customer care no. Present on the website. My Account is also not opening on the website as it is showing ‘password error’ though the password is right. Forgot password function is also not working.
It is a fraud & scam which is looting common people like us.
The parcel was shipped from ‘3S 91, 156 MOHAK VIHAR, GN, UP, 271001’ and delivered by Ekart Parcel Service with Tracking ID ‘SPYC1000309050’
Please help us & do something.
