Text of Complaint by Tanu Bhatnagar:

I have received wrong salwar suit than the one I ordered through https://ventonim.shop on Facebook page. I am trying to reach their customer care from past one week. I wrote five emails, eight messages to their customer care on Facebook Messenger and seven times query on website. There is no response from any message. They are cheating customers showing different photos on online shopping page and delivering wrong dress. On shopping page it clearly indicates returns are available. But, when i am trying to return wrong dress delivered, there is no response and there is no proper contact number also given.
