Text of Complaint by Abhijeet Bachakar:

Yesterday I recharged my Airtel prepaid number 9987855095 with Rs. 558/- which includes 3GB data/day, 100sms/day and 56 days validity. The amount of Rs. 558/- was debitted from my account as soon as recharge done. But I received below message from Airtel….

(Recharge done on 16-04-2020 08:10PM,MRP:Rs598.00, GST 18% payable by Company/Distributor/Retailer,TransID883070274.Check your balance, validity, tariff and best recharges on Airtel Thanks App – https://bit.ly/2QPzhIG)

This message shows that I my number has been recharged with Rs. 598/- which includes1.5GB data/day which I never wanted. This recharge plan has been done with my number due to the fault of Airtel. Kindly resolve my issue expeditiously.

    This message shows that I my number has been recharged with Rs.149/-which I never wanted. This recharge plan has been done with my number due to the fault of Airtel. Kindly resolve my issue expeditiously.
