Yesterday I recharged my Airtel prepaid number 9987855095 with Rs. 558/- which includes 3GB data/day, 100sms/day and 56 days validity. The amount of Rs. 558/- was debitted from my account as soon as recharge done. But I received below message from Airtel….

This message shows that I my number has been recharged with Rs. 598/- which includes1.5GB data/day which I never wanted. This recharge plan has been done with my number due to the fault of Airtel. Kindly resolve my issue expeditiously.
