Text of Complaint by Pari Jawa:

On April 24th, I placed an order with Order ID FN6633501093, and it was received on April 30th. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was a different color from what I had ordered.

I immediately initiated a return process, not once, but twice, to rectify this issue. However, both times my return request was cancelled, with the explanation that the correct product had been shipped.

It’s disheartening to note that despite receiving the wrong product, I am being denied the opportunity to return it. As a regular customer, this level of service is unexpected from Ajio.

I strongly believe that I should not bear the consequences of receiving the wrong color product. The mistake was on Ajio’s end, and it’s only fair that I be allowed to return the item.

I am extremely disappointed with the resolution provided by your team. I urge you to reconsider and reopen the return window for my order.

Please provide clear instructions on how I can return the product and receive a refund or a replacement in the correct color.
