Text of Complaint by Krishanu Mohan Deka:

I have ordered for a ORIFLAME Sweden Nov Age Bright Subline Set 5 from Flipkart9 order ID25990029500231000 dated 13.09.22, against which wrong products have ben received on 20.09.22. It was on COD basis. When tried to return, I found that it has a no return policy. I can’t keep a wrong product with no return policy. And the policy says in case of a different product spot refund will be done if its on COD mode. I have tried the customer care number which assured that I will get a call from them at 3;20 PM today( 20.09.22) but was in vein. The delivery boy kept insisting about the payment but has finally taken the product back with him. However, told me that If I don’t pay it will be deducted from him and that he will come back to me again after we discuss the matter with the customer care.
This is the third time a wrong product has been sent to me (for this Oriflame product.) in last one year and also many times with other product too. I am totally frustrated with FlipKart now and decided that never ever in my life time any product will be purchased from Flipkart. This is a harassment and therefore decided to move the issue legally. I could understand if it was for one time, human error may be there but every time same mistake for the same product is unacceptable for a company like Flipkart. Please share necessary steps to move the issue to consumer forum.
