I recently ordered a shoe from an instagram page @crankyshoevilla. But I received a wrong product and they also have mislead me by sending a very poor quality product instead of the product they advertise in their inatagram page.
I have given Rs. 200 advance online payment and Rs. 1000 cash after delivery.
Now they have blocked me in instagram and whatsapp as well. They have been scamming many consumer.
Requesting the concern authority to please look into the matter ASAP
