Subject: Urgent: Issue with Received Product – Order no ST21AUG5991

Dear Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a significant issue I encountered with my recent order, Order # ST21AUG5991 , which was delivered on [25-08-2023]. I am deeply disappointed to report that I received a defective and entirely wrong product.

Upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the item I received does not match the product I had ordered. The product I ordered was a [slim fit spring cargo pant], but instead, I received a [shirt pant]. The discrepancy is evident not only in the name but also in the appearance and specifications of the product.
