I had placed an order for Naples Casuals Men’s pants (Buy 1 get 1 free) – Black + Navy Blue.
But I have received a blue denim jeans which is damaged.

I had contacted the support over velstro@gmail.com and got a response to call him on 7903470730.
He picked up the call saying I understand that you received a wrong product and to process refund, download an apk file that was sent to me over WhatsApp. I realised he is trying to hack me and when asked he used cuss words and blocked my number.
