I have ordered thermal printer through Flipkart on 16th October and i have received the product on 23rd October and i was not available that time so my labour received the parcel and as per Flipkart team ” this was open box policy, and we have shown at the time of delivery, now we can’t help it” these are there wordings, and i have purchased worth of INR 10499 and it’s totally useless for me. And they are not ready to help me in this case
