I had ordered a green-pink colour saree from rudra silks website. But i received a wrong product. The received saree doesn’t match the colour and quality of the item which i ordered. It is completely different in colour. The order number is DR40404.
The design number of the saree which i ordered was SK180. But i have received a different saree. The customer support team is not replying to my mails and WhatsApp messages.
