My wife had ordered a shirt on Myntra. We received a package from Myntra in two days but the order contains pair of jeans.
We had raised a complaint and submitted photos of the package and the product. The pickup person denied to pickup the product stating it doesn’t match the order description.
The complaint was closed today by myntra refusing to pickup the wrong product.
