I received wrong product, this is not what I ordered this was my first order on your site and received wrong product.

I ordered 

Nokia classic 3310 2.4 inches with one year warranty

And received 

Snowtel S-30 B310E mobile

I don’t like this, this is very bad first experience and disappointing service

The wrong email address and phone number hasbeen writing down therefore whenever I am contacting to them the number which was shown to me is wrong. From date 26 Feb 2019 to 08 Feb 2019 i am contacting continuously to the various methods but not number respons hasbeen given to me.

I know, I had made a big mistake on ordering through such sites please help if anything possible I request you to take strong action against such sites which are creating frauds.

Please help me against this fraud.
