1. I ordered one canon rf 70-200mm f/2.8 lens worth of 2.15L rupees.
2. The delivery was super fast, got it delivered in 2 days.
3. But when delivery boy gave me the item, I told him that product is looking damaged, he told me that this is the product he received so that only he can give me.
4. I accepted the order and then I checked it, I received wrong item, box was also damaged, it was looking like it is cut apart.
5. Amazon then agreed to refund my amount and they came for pickup but here comes the problem, they picked up the wrong item which was delivered to me and told me that we can’t refund the amount as this is not the product which we send.
6. Bullshit! I filed the complaint again, because first they told me that they will refund the amount as soon they received the product and thats why pickup boy picked it up.
7. Now lens is also with them, amount is also with them. I got nothing but scammed by amazon.
8. Please help me out in this.
