I order a watch of citizen AT2396-86E from Amazon. Amazon delievered me wrong watch. I have also made a video of opening of the amazon parcel. But now amazon is cheating, neither amazon is ready to take its parcel back nor it is intiating my refund. This is clear fraud. I need help.
