I ordered a pair of shoes (PUMA Anzarun Sneakers For Men (Blue)) which got delivered on the 2nd of January,2022. But inside the puma box, there was used knee-length shoe(attached photo below). Instantly I filed a return request for that product for which Flipkart asked me for my id. I provide them with my id (pan card, Driving License, and Aadhaar card but after also 5 return requests they can’t approve my return request and repeatedly say the id is not appropriate, provide with another id. But in Flipkart, they ask for first name and last name which I provided but in my id card my middle name is also there .but after updating that name they are not ready to return
