I have ordered Samsung Neck Band & Jbl earbuds through essentialme.com website .24th aug @ 15:00hrs i have received the courrier and i paid Rs.1699/- to the courrier boy .But when i opened the courrier and i was shocked there is an used headphone which is in worst condition and my order is different and i received is different that too is non branded.I want to file the case on the fraudster website .
