I ordered a green bag. I received a purple bag and that too worn out product, not worth of Rs. 1099/-. It was not like it showed in the video. Order no. is #OD14301 and I received on 19th January. I sent an email on the email ID mentioned on the website i.e. support@familymart.in but I came to know that my email is not been delivered. I wanted to get refund for my order.
