• With reference to the above subject matter. As per watchstore website I have ordered Buy 1 get 1 free offer (Bluetooth Earbud Combo) product and order number is No.#WSO-8871 on 31/10/2020

  Whereas i have received entirely different product on 11/11/2020 and attached the snapshot for your reference. I have paid Rs.1579 through Google pay. After seeing the product it was very surprising for me.

  I request you to send me the product as i ordered as per the order No.#WSO-8871 if available otherwise kindly refund the amount of Rs.1579/-. Mentioned below my Google pay Number 9731562114
