Dear Sir/Madam
I ordered a product of sony headphone with earbuds on 01 September 2020 but I received a wrong product, a local headphone with wire on 09 September 2020. I have paid Rs. 1499.00/- for this item. I want to return this product to Freewire.in. Please return my payment back and take some strict action against this fake shopping site. (copy enclosed with product details).
