I have ordered Bose brand headphone with combo offer through essentialsme.com website on 15th August 2020. I have received the courier yesterday on 25.08.2020 from the courier boy and I paid cash of Rs. 1999/- . But when I opened the courier , I was shocked to see that I have received used Bluetooth which is also not of branded company . I have ordered headphone and I have received different .
Please looking into the matter very seriously . I want my money back.
