Well, I have heard a lot of cases where wrong products are being delivered online, but having it experienced shook me up. And I never expected I will experience this with such a big brand like Amazon.
The product was available and displayed on the official website and I ordered it, then why do I suffer when they don’t keep inventory check with their partner seller. I understand it was an honest mistake, but what I just want is to make things right by giving the same product that I ordered.
They only gives an option to return the product and get the refund, when I try to order the same product, the price is not the same, it has gone up due to some reason. Why do I pay extra for Amazon’s blunder. It should be their responsibilty to deliver the correct product which was promised. If they are unable to fulfill their promise then they should compensate me with the extra amount.
So it is just a simple request to Amazon that please take the product which you have sent wrongly and deliver the correct one that I ordered.
