Sir, My name is Govind Kumar. I had ordered a boat neckband Order Id- 406-1533473-2112300. But received wrong item. I raised too many complaint but doesn’t received any satisfactory response from the amazon. They have done the investigation where they are showing the product is shipped correctly. But O am the consumer who haven’t received the right product and they are not providing any refund or replacement to me
