I ordered phone cover from phonescape.shop which I received after about ten days and it was not the same product that I ordered. When I search for refund option which was shown on the website when I ordered, now somehow not showing on anywhere and when I contact the customer care they asked me to download ANYDESK app for refund. This type of fraud websites should be ban completely which are exploiting our basic consumer rights and expanding their ways to rob people.
