Hello Team,
I placed order on 3rd March, a cooler by checking it’s size and all dimensions mentioned on Flipkart app which should fit in my room.
When I received delivery on 4th March, I was shocked by looking at the dimensions mentioned on the product which is larger in size then mentioned on Flipkart app.
Dimension on Flipkart: 60*40*112 cm
Dimension on product: 64.5*44*1.21m
Now I want to return this product and will purchase the new one from Flipkart which is another product. I want refund for this product on my Flipkart balance only.
The product is packed as it’s and I am also attaching dimensions mentioned on app and on product.
Flipkart keep rejecting my request by saying we can not return as per seller policy. Seller policy clearly says we can return the product if you don’t received as mentioned on app.
