I order 3 products at once on Tatacliq. I cancelled one of them immediately after placing the order because wrong size was ordered by mistakenly. At the time of delivery all the products were packed in a single packaging due to which I couldn’t recognize that the product that I cancelled just after delivering is also present in it hence I received a wrong product. I tried to get my refund initiated at costumer care but they couldn’t help me. What is this Tatacliq? There is one more complain about Tatacliq that I don’t know why they are delivering me many wrong and incorrect items this time and when I’m requesting for the refund to be initiated , delivery agents are not accepting those incorrect items for return. Moreover, they blocked me hence I’m unable to log in to my account on tatacliq. Please help me with this issue.
