I ordered 2 cargo pants after seeing their reels on Instagram they arrived and the payment was done by cash on delivery and they sent me this really bad smelling soggy cloth that i couldn’t even open with my bare hands the payment of rs 899 was done n now i tried calling the dealer who’s number was on the package n that number is not reachable nor the website provided an email for returns for defective piece is available n another customer service email i have sent mail but not reply at all . I ordered it from site named Closet Luxe but during delivery i was getting text that the pants you ordered from faction hut . please do the needful
