I ordered two cargo pants after seeing an ad on Instagram, but Instead, I received a pair of smelly damaged soggy formal pants. I had ordered the product in cash on delivery and when It was delivered to me, I made the payment through Phonepe. I received this product on 18th October 2023 and its exact price was 899.00 INR. After that, I tried to talk to them through email, through phone, and their website but nothing happened.
I ordered it from a site named https://closetluxe.shop/ but during delivery, I was getting text that the pants you ordered from Faction Hut and Shipping partner ‘Ekart’.order ID : STMT12OCT3062
