I received medicines from Dhani Pharmacy on 7-Feb-22 , ordered Istamet ( 2 Stips 50/500) instead of 50/500 i received 50/1000.
Customer service is not good , still i am running behind them for replacement / refund . It is more than 2 weeks and no action taken from Dhani
What would have happened if patient had taken 50/1000 medicine. There is a serious audit issue at Dhani and the customer service is also in a dont care attitude.
