Text of Complaint by Janvi Baid:

i received wrong product. didn’t get any customer support from delhivery when i raised my concern they said they had no contact details of the merchant or didn’t know from where the package had been transported from. I tried to get customer support from the website i ordered the pants from but the website is not opening nor can i track the website from anywhere. I did raise a point at the time of delivery that the package description has been labeled wrong yet the delivery guy did not agree and asked me to pay as they had to mark the delivery as delivered. This is absolutely fraud and such a renowned brand doing this is highly unacceptable. Please help me get my refund and a strict action is to be taken o=for such a service
