I placed an order for a product called “flipper Zero” from a website called futuretechy . However, instead of receiving the item I paid for, I was sent a completely unrelated and much cheaper item—a card reader. This is a clear case of false advertising and/or a bait-and-switch scam.
I would like a full refund or for the correct item to be sent. The company has not responded (or has refused to resolve the issue), and I am requesting that appropriate action be taken to address this fraudulent behavior.
