The order I placed on 12th august was a Women printed Night suit- L but the item I received on 20th aug is a saree. I do not understand how this blunder can be made.
Highly disappointed by Shop2brand service that how can their team put a wrong item inside the packet that clearly has a receipt of “Night Suit” (see the attached picture)
Since the order was prepaid, I have requested them to kindly deliver the correct item ie “Women Printed Night Suit-L” or initiate the refund as soon as possible via email since it is the only point of contact available.
The product was worth ₹680, please get my problem resolved and help me in getting my money back.
