Text of Complaint by Nitesh Suri:

I am writing this email after having multiple conversations with Amazon.in executives on phone. I had ordered Samsung S33 for Rs 19499 which I bought on EMI’s and received a different phone (Not even worth Rs 200). Dated 12th April 2022.

After reporting the issue to their executives (multiple times) on receiving the wrong item, I was told that the replacement will be done and the amount will be refunded. Their delivery agent has taken the product from my home on 19th April 2022 and on the Amazon app it says your replacement is ordered but not completed. They are not replacing or refunding and now the executive who is before saying it will be replaced or refunded is running away from commitments.

Can someone help me who can understand and resolve this issue for me?
