Respected Sir,
I had ordered at PS3 game form Filpkart “Uncharted 3” and they have delivered some other game CD. I had requested them to exchange the CD with the one i had ordered but they are saying Product has NO RETURN POLICY. On this i replied that i dont want the refund but i want the CD that i ordered. But still there’s no reply from their side.
I have attached the screen shot of order copy.
